Here's Em's Sugar Babies Bucket
Here's Em's Sugar Babies Bucket Hat
I'm pleased with the result, and she likes it :)
Here's a side view, please ignore the messy sewing area that used to be my dining area ;)
And a view of the back and top.
I didn't knit an awful lot today, just a little on my bucket hat, which I'm liking very much. I've been sewing dance costumes. Sometime between now and November, I'll sew far too many costumes.
A word to the wise. If you are the mother, grandmother or other relative of a child who attends dance classes, theatre group or anything else requiring costumes, if you can sew, never, ever admit it.
You'll kick yourself over it every year. ;)

Well, it was actually the Walrus and the Carpenter put to dance, if you can imagine. My kid looked like a demented shrimp. The hats look swell, way to go.
