Quick post tonight.
A friend had twin girls over Easter, and while I was waiting for the Nundle yarn, I finally got around to knitting for them.
I love this hat pattern for baby girls. It's a Cleckheaton pattern, from the "Little Babies Volume 2" book. I used the recommended yarn, Merino Bambino 4ply. I had the mauve in the stash, but had to buy the pink.
Twinkie was unimpressed that I was pointing the camera at something other than her.

Posted by: Janette at May 24, 2006 01:53 AMI love those hats! I don't think I've seen a pattern like it before. Of course, I doubt I can get that book over here, but I'm going to check. Looks like it might include some preemie patterns too, at least according to the cover title.

Happy birthday too!!!!! 30 was hard for me (pregnant and no alcohol allowed!)
Posted by: Corrie at May 24, 2006 03:24 PMThese are the cutest, most gorgeous little bonnets I've ever seen! They look like little fairy caps - absolutely wonderful. I liked your beaded socks too - I've never made any socks before and have 3 other things to finish knitting before I do :-)
