Sunny Saturday Sky in Splendiferous Sydney.

100_8397.jpg

It's been gorgeous. The weather started turning cold a few weeks back, but it's warming up again. Winter may never come!

Twinkie wanted someone to come out and play.

She'll sit at the back door like this, looking in until someone gets the guilts and goes outside to play with her.
Emily was busy tying herself in knots.

Knitting. The sirdar cardi is coming along beautifully. The back is done and I've started the fronts.

As usual, I'm knitting both at the same time. You may notice that I've changed the shape of the fronts. The original pattern had bolero style shaping on the fronts, but I decided I wanted a more traditional shaping, so I pulled out the pencil andpaper and rewrote the pattern to suit myself.
This is one of the reasons I knit both at the same time. I tend to make changes as I go, and forget to write the changes down. If I knit them both together, they actually stand a chance of being the same!

So I have my usual three projects going, socks lace and something else. Faina isn't being counted, she's still in time out, but I think she's headed for the frogpond.
But i'm itching to cast on something else. I'm trying to finish the cardi so I can!

Your knitting looks great! I hope your yarn doesn't get tangled like Emily is. Ah to be young again!!

Could anyone resist that little bunny face? Not me, that's for sure.

I'm a three project type of person too. The cardi is coming along nicely. Looks like you'll be finished with it before long.

Twinky looks so forlorne, go out and play with her.
The knitting looks great, as always.
Our weather is slowly cooling down, but over the past few days we've had quite a bit of rain too, so that is absolutely fantastic. Tonight I got quite wet going from the front door to my car.........it was cold, but Oh! so wonderful lol

You are so good working on only 3 things at once...wish I could do that! And Em, she just makes my back hurt by looking at her! Amazing!

Glad to see my rabbit wasn't the only one who would sit by the door doing the "last puppy in the pet shop look" for attention. How can they make you feel so guilty?!
Love the knitting, can't wait to see the finished article.

What a sweet little bunny. Did she manage to entice anyone to come out and play with her? I like the modifications you made to the sweater fronts. I am not that fond of the bolero style either. Hope to see the finished sweater soon.

I do like the way the cardi is shaping now better than the twisted Em. She makes me cringe with that I have too much trouble getting my shoe laces tied before trying things like that.
What is with the sooky want to play animals at the moment.

How do you play with a bunny?

Wow that is flexible. Look at cute little Twinkie. What a cute face. The shawl is coming out beautiful.
